Refund Policy
Live Design Sprints
Refund eligibility depends on timing before the sprint start date:
Full refund available up to 15 days before the sprint start date.
Between 15 days and 7 days before start, participants may request a sprint voucher valid for a future sprint.
Less than 7 days before the sprint start date, purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable due to scheduling and capacity planning.
Digital Toolkit Products (Downloadable Items)
Because toolkit products are digital downloads delivered immediately:
All sales are final once access has been granted or files have been downloaded.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact support and we will assist you.
Exceptional Circumstances
