Figma-approved partner program

The world is changing fast. Designers deserve a new path in.

"We exist to rebuild the bridge into product design. One that leads to real work, real growth, and real careers."

Why we started Yummy Labs
Hey designers, When Alex and I started our design studio, we weren’t thinking about creating an accelerator. We were simply looking to expand our team. But the more designers we met, the more we realized something was wrong. We talked to people who were talented. Curious. Motivated. People who were genuinely doing everything right. And still, they felt stuck. They felt invisible in a market that used to welcome junior designers with open arms. They were doing long courses, building the portfolios they were told to build, following the steps they were told to follow. But the path that worked for my generation no longer existed for theirs. It became impossible to ignore. The industry had quietly closed the door behind itself. So we started asking questions. Talking to hiring managers. Product leaders. Founders. Trying to understand what companies actually needed in a designer today. Trying to understand why the old path was no longer working. And then it clicked. Designers didn’t need another course. They didn’t need more theory or another “perfect” case study. They needed to work the way companies actually work. With real problems, real constraints, real expectations, and real collaboration. That’s when real growth happens. So we built our first sprint. We spent days and nights crafting it, refining it, testing it, rebuilding it. We reached out to dozens of startups until we found our first partner. A startup led by the former CPO of Tinder. Someone who believed in giving new designers a real chance. That partnership changed everything. It proved that the model worked. It proved that designers could rise quickly when given the right environment. And it made something very clear. We didn’t just want to run a sprint. We wanted to build a bridge. One that leads to real work, real growth, and real careers. We are early in this journey. And that’s exactly why it’s exciting. The designers who join us now are shaping what Yummy Labs becomes. They are helping us reach more startups. They are helping us build the hiring network we know the industry is missing. A network where designers vouch for each other, lift each other up, and open doors that would otherwise stay shut. We’re building this because we believe designers deserve more than waiting. More than guessing. More than hoping someone notices their portfolio one day. We’re building this because designers deserve a real path in. And we are here, wholeheartedly, to create it. Thanks for being here,
