Designers tackled a real B2B CRM workflow with Twenty
Designers worked on a real CRM product challenge provided by Twenty, an open-source CRM used by fast-growing teams.
The sprint focused on system-level workflows, prioritization, and decision-making under real product & data constraints. Designers were expected to evaluate tradeoffs, discard weak ideas quickly, and connect UX decisions to actual product outcomes.
This was not a classroom exercise. It was a simulation of how modern product teams operate when shipping complex B2B systems.
